Articles are published Open Access by assigning copyright to the CSI Press who then assign the article a CC BY-NC-ND (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0) licence. This allows users to download and share the article for non-commercial purposes, so long as the article is reproduced in its entirety without changes, and the original authors are acknowledged.
